Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Our standard shipping time is typically 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and country of destination. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will active within 2 to 5 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Everdries is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We do our best to package items to minimize customs delays, but some delay may occur due to international customs checks.
Lost or Damaged Items
If you do not receive your package within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support team at everdriescomfort@gmail.com within 30 days of the shipping date so we can investigate and assist you.
